For past few weeks, Harini and I as the student leaders of the Alzheimer's have been planning for the visit to the Lanka Alzheimer's centre. We have planned thoroughly with great care, from making arrangements with the branch, transport, permission from the school and parents etc. We are going to visit the centre tomorrow, after school during the CAS activity time, and personally I hope to achieve these goals:
- Identify the centre's needs that we can work on.
- Make arrangements to achieve better and more active participation and connection with the foundation.
- Develop further ways to interact with the patients
